Gift hamper budget guide: plan the full cost before you buy
A practical way to price the container, gifts, finishing details and delivery without losing sight of the recipient.
Let’s get started ↓
Set a per-gift ceiling and a total project budget.
Compare complete contents and quantities, not just the headline price.
Get customisation, shipping and delivery terms in the written quote.

Set a per-person target and a total
For a personal gift, choose the total you are comfortable spending. For a team or client order, decide the per-recipient amount and multiply it by the number of gifts. Keep these two figures visible while comparing options so a small upgrade does not quietly change the overall budget.
Reserve part of the total for packaging, a message card, custom branding, shipping and any separate assembly charge. Ask whether the listed price is the finished hamper or an individual component. Hamperia’s supplies are sold as individual items; only products described as hampers are complete combinations.

Price the contents and presentation together
List the main gift, supporting items, base, filler and finishing details. Record the quantity and unit price of each. A neat three-item collection can look more intentional than a larger assortment, and fewer items make it easier to keep the presentation stable.
Compare what is actually included. Check jar count, pack size, item quantity and whether the pictured card or decoration is part of the offer. For a customised order, ask for the final contents and any substitutions to be written into the quote.
Try it as you read
Sketch your gifting budget.
Start with the gift cost, then allow for packaging, branding and delivery separately.
Planning estimate only. This does not include extra charges or represent a quotation.

Account for branding and quantity
For corporate orders, ask which branding method suits the material: a card, sleeve, tag or printed item may each have different costs and minimum quantities. Share a clear logo file and approve the placement before production. Personalised names can require a separate list and additional checking.
Ask for prices at the quantities you are considering. Some costs change with volume, while individual delivery addresses or different gift variants can add handling work. Confirm the number of each variant rather than relying on an estimated total.
04 / 05
Confirm the final total before you commit
Request one written total that identifies the contents, quantity, customisation, packing, shipping and payment schedule. Confirm the delivery locations and required arrival date. Ask whether taxes or other charges are included instead of assuming they are.
For Hamperia’s listed dry-fruit boxes, the current catalogue shows ₹699 for two glass jars, ₹1,099 for three and ₹1,499 for four. Check the live product page for the final assortment, weights, availability and current terms before ordering.

Keep a simple comparison sheet
A small table helps you compare options fairly: product name, per-gift price, number of pieces, personalisation, delivery, lead time and final total. Add a column for the recipient and occasion so you do not choose on price alone.
If a preferred item may be unavailable, ask for an agreed alternative and its price in advance. That keeps the budget and presentation predictable if a substitution is needed.
