Corporate gifting guide: plan thoughtful gifts for employees and clients
Compare corporate gift ideas and prepare a clear brief for quantity, budget, branding and delivery.
Let’s get started ↓
Separate audiences and confirm policies before choosing gifts.
Share quantity, budget, branding and delivery details in one brief.
Approve the final item list and artwork before production.

Define the purpose and recipients
Start by writing down what the gift should communicate: welcome a new colleague, thank a client, recognise a milestone or mark a festive occasion. The purpose helps you choose between practical merchandise, a food-led hamper or a small keepsake with a personal message.
Separate employee, client and partner recipients when their preferences, policies or delivery plans differ. Check any company rules about gifts, value limits or food before selecting items. For food gifts, plan how ingredient and allergen information will be shared.

Prepare a complete enquiry brief
Include the occasion, recipient count, budget per person, total budget, preferred items, required date and delivery locations. Add whether you want branded packaging, logo-ready merchandise, individual name cards or a consistent note. This information makes a quotation easier to understand and compare.
For apparel, estimate sizes and colours. For drinkware and merchandise, provide the logo artwork and any placement preferences. If you do not yet know every address, share the likely number of destinations and confirm when the final list will be ready.
Try it as you read
Sketch your gifting budget.
Start with the gift cost, then allow for packaging, branding and delivery separately.
Planning estimate only. This does not include extra charges or represent a quotation.

Choose the right kind of gift
A useful workday item such as a notebook or bottle can suit onboarding and team recognition. A curated hamper can mark a celebration or client milestone. A combination of branded merchandise and a small treat may work well for an event, provided the packaging can protect every item.
Keep the range manageable. Too many choices can make approvals, packing and distribution harder. If you need different gifts for different recipient groups, state each group’s quantity and budget clearly.
04 / 05
Review contents, artwork and price
Check the full contents list, quantities and final product images. Ask which branding method is available for each material and request a proof for approval. Review names, spelling, dates, logo proportions and message text before signing off.
Ask for a complete quote that shows the gifts, packaging, branding, assembly, delivery and payment terms. Confirm whether prices are final and whether shipping or other charges are included. Hamperia product pages describe the current listed options; customised corporate work is confirmed by quotation.

Plan fulfilment and keep a record
Confirm who will receive the shipment, how many parcels are expected and when the gifts need to arrive. For multiple addresses, agree a secure process for sharing recipient details. Leave time for production, packing and a check of quantities before the event.
Keep the approved contents, artwork, quote and delivery plan together. If a product must be substituted, confirm the replacement and any price change before it is packed. After delivery, reconcile the quantity received with the approved order.
