01

Match the item to how recipients will use it.

02

Check artwork, material, size and minimum quantities before approval.

03

Ask for the branded sample or proof and confirm the delivery plan.

01 / 04

Start with the use, then choose the item

Useful branded gifts begin with the recipient’s routine. Bottles and tumblers can suit commuting or desk use; mugs can work for an office or event; notebooks and pens are practical for training; keychains are compact event keepsakes. T-shirts and hoodies need more planning because fit, fabric, size and colour all matter.

Choose one or two items that serve the occasion instead of applying a logo to everything. Think about whether the gift will be used at a workplace, taken home or carried while travelling. That context can guide the item, size and packaging.

02 / 04

Prepare artwork that works on the material

Provide a clear vector logo or a high-resolution file and specify any brand-colour requirements. Ask how the design will be applied to each surface and where it will sit. A detailed logo may need a simplified treatment on a small keychain, while a garment may need a larger print area.

Review a digital proof for size, position, colour and legibility. If the finish or material is important, ask whether a physical sample is available and whether it reflects the production method. Approve only after the intended design is clear.

03 / 04

Plan quantities, variants and sizing

Share the quantity per item and the number of colour or design variants. Minimum quantities can differ by product and branding method, so ask for the threshold and unit price at your expected volume. Different options for each department may be useful, but too many variants can complicate packing and distribution.

For T-shirts and hoodies, estimate sizes early and decide how employees will select them. Ask how size exchanges or extra units are handled. For drinkware, confirm capacity, material, care instructions and whether the item is suitable for the use you have in mind.

04 / 04

Compare a complete quote and delivery plan

Ask the supplier to specify the product, material, branding, packaging, quantity, unit price, delivery charge and payment schedule. Confirm whether setup or artwork charges apply and whether the amount includes taxes. For a mixed merchandise kit, check the cost and packing plan for the complete set.

Before production, approve the proof, quantity breakdown and delivery date in writing. If the gifts are for an event, leave time for a sample review and an arrival check. Hamperia can discuss logo-ready bottles, tumblers, mugs, keychains, T-shirts and hoodies; final availability, branding and price are confirmed in the quote.
